Exciting news to share. I've decided to book myself a holiday - this is a great time to start thinking about losing weight and changing my hateful habits.
I won't be stick thin by the time I'm due to fly out (that's not my plan anyways) but hopefully my mindset will have changed and be more focused.
I have less than a month before I go away - as of Monday - my exercising and healthy eating will begin.
I will post a blog a tell you how much I lose every week & I will also talk about my feelings etc.
I'm looking forward to it!
